Executive coaching consists of a series of structured, one to one, interactions between a coach and an executive aimed at enhancing the executives performance and success. It is about clearing roadblocks, unlocking potential and filling gaps between where people are and where they would like to be.

The Positive Success Coaching Process

A coaching arrangement if it is to be successful requires commitment, follow-through, persistence, time and a desire to improve. After 25 years coaching a variety of people I have learned that if you will bring these attributes to the coaching process you will get back - ten times or more - the investment you made. Remember you are investing in yourself and your future.

There are five simple steps involved in the coaching process.

  1. Michael will ask you to complete a comprehensive Evaluation and Assessment and a Personality Profile. These two documents help him tailor his coaching feedback and initial counsel.
  2. Initial meeting at your location or ours. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your needs, concerns, desires, goals to establish a clear set of objectives and a success plan.
  3. Schedule our Monthly Calls. Please allow from 30 minutes to an hour.
  4. Schedule first review of your new success plan.
